Under this contract, Agnew::Beck works under the direction of Alaska Mental Health Trust program staff to develop the capacity of beneficiary serving organizations through targeted assistance in the following areas:

• Financial Management – including grant reporting, organizational budget planning, funding strategies, revenue diversification, business planning and development, microenterprise and sustainability planning.
• Grant Consulting – grant mentoring and proposal development.
• Housing Focused Management – organizational assessments, training and technical assistance, resource material development, housing program development.
