Kasaan Village Clinic Design

Agnew::Beck is participating in a multidisciplinary team assembled
and led by McCool Carlson Green Architects to assist in the process of developing the design for a prototype village clinic for small communities
in southern Alaska.

A::B’s role will be to facilitate several charrettes and workshops, as part of the facility and prototype design process.  A::B will also help the team develop the process for deploying the prototype that helps potential clinic owners understand the costs and benefits of decisions made during the facility development process. This project will develop a prototype that utilizes the potential for alternative energy production in remote sites and maximizes energy efficiency for rural health clinic facilities.
