Project Description

The Meadow Lakes Community pursued the development of a community Special Use District (SpUD) when their comprehensive plan was adopted in October of 2005. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough teamed with Agnew::Beck Consulting to facilitate the public engagement process toward this effort.

Public Participation

The Meadow Lakes Planning Team met regularly and developed a draft SpUD document reviewed at a community workshop. Landowners and residents in the Meadow Lakes area, and other interested parties, are invited to participate in the community workshop. Workshop date, location and a link to the draft SpuD are listed below.
