Project Date: 2007-2008

With funding from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development, Chenega Heritage, Inc. hired Agnew::Beck to create a feasibility study and business plan for a local lodging option in the village of Chenega Bay.

Chenega Bay is located in Prince William Sound, midway between the tourist hubs of Whittier and Seward. Through this project, Agnew::Beckl helped the community, Chenega shareholders and leadership to consider a range of options for development. A business plan was created in 2008 for the most financially feasible options which dovetailed best with collective desire.
