Project Description

Agnew::Beck serves the Bristol Bay Native Corporation in their efforts to promote economic development and improve employment and educational opportunities in the Bristol Bay region. These efforts aim to enrich Alaska Native culture and the ties to the land which serve as a basis for a way of life for so many people in Bristol Bay.
To that end, Agnew::Beck has worked to help resident in Bristol Bay product development and regional branding, including conducting market research on cultural tourism and branding Bristol Bay wild salmon. Recently, Agnew::Beck has helped local residents and businesses come together to develop new kinds of sustainable tourism that provide visitors with a more authentic experience of the region, the people, the land and culture. Our work has resulted in several new developments through our ongoing partnership with BBNC.
